The “DOMAINE DES GRANDS CHAMPS” comes from a very old locality called “les Grands Champs” in Saint-Laurent-des-Vignes. It is one of the 5 communes—along with Colombier, Rouffignac-de-Sigoulès, Pomport, and Monbazillac—that make up the “Monbazillac” appellation.
The vineyard, located on the southern slopes of Bergerac, requires a very specific grape selection. Most of the Domaine’s soils are clay-limestone.
The geographical location and the exposure of certain parcels on the northern slopes of Monbazillac benefit the early ripening of the grapes. The Monbazillac harvest in Saint-Laurent-des-Vignes is 8 to 10 days ahead of other communes.
We have been preserving our know-how for generations, producing and aging our AOC quality wines on the estate with respect for the environment.
Indeed, in 2015, we received the AREA-PVE certification (Plant Environment Plan for environmentally respectful agriculture in Aquitaine), and in 2020, the HVE 3 certification (High Environmental Value).
This certification allows us to practice sustainable agriculture (treatments only when necessary, reduced chemical pollution, and preservation of biodiversity).

We offer you a warm and friendly welcome at the family estate, which is open to visitors.
From Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Outside of these hours, visits are by appointment at 06 14 40 84 70.
Possibility to accommodate campers: limited, free spaces available; it is recommended to call in advance at 06 11 57 54 67.
